Privacy Policy

1. Data We Collect

We collect: email address (for authentication), API usage metrics (endpoints called, request volume), and billing information (processed by Stripe — we do not store credit card details). We do NOT collect: your trading activity, your agent prompts, or the content of your API requests.

2. How We Use Data

Email: account identification and service communications. Usage metrics: rate limiting, quota enforcement, and service improvement. Billing: processed by Stripe per their privacy policy. We never sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Account data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL). Usage metrics are stored in Upstash Redis. Both providers are SOC 2 compliant. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest.

4. Cookies

We use only essential authentication cookies (Supabase session tokens). No tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies are set by agentii.ai.

5. Data Deletion

You may request account deletion at any time via hello@agentii.ai. Account data is deleted within 30 days. Anonymized usage aggregates may be retained.
