By accessing or using agentii.ai (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. API Access
API access requires a valid API key. You are responsible for all activity under your key. Rate limits and usage quotas apply per your subscription plan. Unauthorized use, scraping beyond rate limits, or resale of raw data is prohibited.
3. Data & Content
Financial data provided by the Service is sourced from SEC EDGAR and other public filings. While we strive for accuracy, data is provided “as is” without warranty. You are responsible for verifying data before using it in trading or investment decisions.
4. Fair Use
Usage must stay within the request limits of your subscription plan. We reserve the right to rate-limit or suspend access for abusive or excessive usage that degrades service for other users.
5. Limitation of Liability
agentii.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions.
6. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
